For families who find comfort in symbols of hope, lightness, and letting go.
A dandelion held up to a child's mouth, a breath, seeds scattering into the wind — it's one of childhood's simplest moments, and one of its most hopeful. This is the feeling behind the Dandelion Wishes design: soft, hand-drawn illustrations that carry a sense of wishes carried gently forward, no matter what the day holds.
We begin with a short Zoom conversation, where I get to know your child's story and personality. From there, I illustrate your book in this style, using the photos and memories you share with me.
Every story deserves the space it needs to be told. Each book opens with a front page portrait, and the length you choose simply gives your story more room to breathe — 20 pages with 20 photos, 40 pages with 30 photos, or 60 pages with 40, for families who have more of the journey to share.
As a medical parent myself, I approach every family's story with care and patience. There's no pressure to get it "right."
