At Precious Pages, every book is custom-made and uniquely created from the personal information, photographs, and stories you provide. Because each project is bespoke and created specifically for you, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction with creative style, or any reason unrelated to product fault.
Refunds for Damaged or Faulty Items
If your book arrives damaged or with a production fault, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. I will happily offer a replacement or refund once the issue is verified.
To help resolve the matter quickly, please provide:

Accuracy of Information
Because the content of each book is created from information you supply, Precious Pages is not responsible for errors or omissions provided by the customer. You will have the opportunity to approve the final draft before printing.
Non-Refundable Items
Given the personalised nature of this service, the following are not eligible for refund:

Custom-designed memoirs

Any digital files or design work already created

Printed books without damage or production error
Cancellations
Once design work has begun, cancellations cannot be refunded. If you need to pause your project, please get in touch and I’ll do my best to accommodate your situation.
