All books and designs are custom-made. Because each item is unique, refunds are only available for damaged or faulty products (see Refund Policy).

• Reviewing and approving the final design before printing

• Ensuring you have the rights to all content you supply

3. Intellectual Property

All illustrations, designs, and templates remain the intellectual property of Precious Pages.

You may not reproduce, share, or sell these works without permission.

4. Payment

Full payment is required before design work begins unless otherwise agreed.

5. Turnaround Times

Timeframes may vary depending on project complexity. All estimated timelines will be communicated clearly.

6. Privacy

All personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Precious Pages is not liable for:

• Loss resulting from incorrect information supplied

• Delays caused by postal services or outside providers

• Misuse of products after delivery
